| You can put a $400.00 deposit to hold your Labradoodle pup until it is ready for its new family. If payment is not made in full, the deposit is forfeited and the puppy is offered to another potential buyer. Please e-mail sales@mylabradoodlebreeder.com or call (806)445-5508 or (806)892-9976 for more info and payment instructions. We accept cashier check, personal check, or money order deposits on puppies will apply after the payment has cleared bank.

Health GuaranteeMy Labradoodle Breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health on the day of delivery. Your puppy will come with a written health check from our vet, along with immunization and worming records. The buyer has the right to return the puppy to the seller within five days after delivery and receive a refund of the purchase price, only if the puppy is found by a Licensed Veterinarian to be suffering from any illness or disease at this time. If the puppy is not examined by a licensed Veterinarian within this five day period the above mentioned return/refund policy will be null and void. We have no control where you take your puppy after you leave here. It is the buyer responsibility to protect the puppy from any contact with communicable diseases by not exposing it to public places and keeping it up to date on its immunizations. My Labradoodle Breeder guarantees the puppy is free from hereditary defects to the best of our knowledge. All of our puppies come with a one year guarantee against a life threatening genetic defect. If the puppy has a life threatening genetic defect within this one year period, we will replace it with one from a different litter. A written Explanation from a Licensed Vet will be required. In the event the puppy was sold at a price other than the going litter price because of age, hair coat, etc. then the amount paid for your puppy would be applied toward the full price of a new puppy from a different litter should any abnormalities be found be for the one years of age. The buyer shall maintain the puppy in a proper condition by adhering to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet and exercise and a safe and clean and loving environment. There is no replacement guarantee for problems attributed to the dogs poor health because of irresponsible care, conditions caused by being over weight, allergies, accidental injuries or death. All guarantees are to the original buyer and not transferable. |
